I might become a serious, environmental activist. We need to take care of our earth and it seems like Americans, in particular, don’t understand the importance of the individual effort needed to make a difference. I’ve littered before, thinking nothing of it- justifying it with “there’s trash on the ground anyway.” Imagine if I had picked up a piece of trash and threw it in a waste receptacle instead? Imagine if we all did that? Why is it so easy to shit on something and such an effort to do something positive with it? Seems like that can apply to everything in life: relationships, exercising (your body), even a negative turn of events. It’s definitely harder to take the high road, but your final destination is always that much more worth it due to your drive and motivation.
SO due to our sloppiness as humans; animals, vegetation, water and so on are in danger of forever vanishing from our planet. We need trees to breathe. We need water to live. We need animals to survive so that we can survive. Think about it, if the animals go- who’s next? Not just because we count on animals for so many different resources but that would ultimately mean our eco-system is that fucked up that living things that were once able to adapt to the environment, can’t continue to exist. Humans won’t be able to sustain without water and wars over H2O in the future have already been predicted. We need to try to make a difference now for the future. We’re leaving our kids behind and the cycle continues- so now is the time to set the pace.

LOL Like my rant? Feeling emotional about our little planet today. Turn your lights off whenever you are not using them, lower your thermostat and recycling are all was to reduce energy waste. Animals like Polar Bears and Seals are endangered because their habitats have been devastatingly affected by global warming.
Check out this rare footage of these Sumatran Tigers. They say there are only 400 left in that region of the world.
