Props to XXL for getting these dudes to all wear the same outfit, nevermind this whole newsies motif they’ve achieved so affectively. Who would have ever thought we would see Uncle Murda and Pap in a photo together with out guns blazing or someone getting sucker punched? Not only do we get to see this rariety but check out the threads. I still can’t get over it. Most of you probably think I’m weird for comparing this picture to a Charles Dickens book, but this scene in Oliver Twist popped into my head immediately when I saw these guys decked out. This is so cute. No, it’s not Beyonce day folks. I will hook that up for you though one day soon. I’m just stuck on youtube right now and I couldn’t pass up on posting this. As a fan, you memorize lyrics, imitate dances, mirror image your idols. It’s such a special connection with your idol. It’s magical almost- the way they make you feel when you hear their music. I know that sounds lame- but that’s what I look for when I invest my time in someone’s art. I put in as much as they do. And, this is such a sweet example of how a fan is born. If I were Beyonce, these are the types of things I would live for. Kids are our messengers in the future.

I just heard via TWITTER (watch what you say folks) that there was a crowd of celebs at Room Service in New York City last night- including some of our guests from the show. As you know, Queen Pen had some words for Rocsi when they bumped into each other at our Women of Hip Hop show. QP is a good friend of Lisa Raye and didn’t appreciate Rocsi’s alleged moves with Lisa’s hubby, premier of Turks & Cacos. Rumors swirled that QP actually slapped Rocsi in the green room but that didn’t go down. Instead, Q shared some real thoughts about why she felt like she had to address Rocsi and the situation. Anyhoo- SHIT POPPED OFF- when QP and Rocsi bumped into each other last night at the club! Some have reported, again via twitter- that QP threw a drink in Rocsi’s face. If that’s the case, Rocsi got away LUCKY AS FUCK! She does NOT want it with Queen Pen. Uncle Murda told me he saw QP knock a dude out in the club, right in front of him. GULLY. Don’t get ya weaves pulled out bitches! Protect ya neck!
