Check out the 1st show off my new webisode series, Real Cooking with Maya the B. In this segment- I’ll show you how to make a really easy breakfast dish that’s not only impressive in look, but nutritious and delicious! lol You might see a new level of corniness coming out of your girl! Ha. But on a serious note I really feel like a lot of people in their 20′s and 30′s don’t know how to cook a meal that doesn’t require a microwave. We need to take charge of our lives now and make a change for our future. You are what you eat! Take a little time and invest it in yourself. You’re worth it! Plus your friends, significant others and family will be totally impressed if you can whip something up in the kitchen that looks and tastes like you got it from a restaurant. These are essential skills that every human being should have- we’re just going to have fun with it and get creative! I always have random shit in my fridge so I end up throwing together all kinds of stuff that magically turn into a great dish. Don’t get it twisted- sometimes things don’t turn out the way you had hoped but that’s the beauty of cooking- you can try, try again until you get it right.

I’m doing everything- directing, producing, creating and (wo) manning the camera with one hand while cooking so be easy on me when it comes to the critiquing!
