My President is Black…and white
Today, is the day that America’s history will change forever. The day after we celebrated Martin Luther King day- Barack Obama will be inaugurated as our first black president. Oh and he’s half white too. My President represents all races. My president represents both sexes equally. My president cares about the people that live in America and wants to make change for the better. My president will be sworn in today. My president is Barack Obama!
That’s about as cheesy as I get. If you haven’t noticed- the TV networks are going in with the Obama coverage. Hate to be the one to say this- but it’s really getting annoying. Every friggin channel featuring a special, a documentary, a movie on the life of Barack. I almost puked while watching Oprah’s special with Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. Not even because Demi was basically fighting back tears the whole time but because she had some of the world’s biggest stars- preform a “we are the world” type joint. I mean I love team unity and spirit but that shit was worst than getting trapped in a Hallmark store overnight.
As it gets closer to show time- the crowd in DC continues to grow in size. I hope that they all have their electric blankets charged up cuz it’s BRICK CITY!!!! Jerz style.

Okay, some of the television coverage has been a bit much. But damn, how could you not feel Demi and Ashton’s apperance. I LOVED IT. I also made a personal pledge, and I have/am stating it publicly.
